Renouvellement adhésion
Pour les réinscriptions, les fiches d’inscriptions seront envoyées pour chaque adhérent. Elles seront pré remplis, il n’y a plus qu’à vérifier la fiche, remplir le questionnaire de santé ou le certificat médical et signer le document de l’UFOLEP pour les compétiteurs. Le tout devra être envoyé ou donné avec le chèque sans quoi la réinscription ne sera pas validée.
Les cartons de compétitions sont payés par le club. Si en 2021, il n’y a pas de compétition le club remboursera les 30€ en plus.
Pour info, les licences UFOLEP fonctionnent du 01/09 au 31/08 alors que la licence FFC c’est à l’année civile.
Nouvelle adhésion
Il y aura le formulaire papier et l’inscription en ligne. Comme le renouvellement, tous les documents avec le chèque doivent être donnés ou envoyés pour que l’inscription soit validée.
Robinson
On a eu l’accord de la préfecture sous réserve qu’il y ait 2m de distance entre les vélos. Le nombre de personnes seront limités, il n’y aura pas d’inscriptions sur place.
Le ravitaillement sera conditionné pour éviter le minimum de contact. Cette année, il n’y aura pas de restauration, de bière et de musique à l’arrivée.
